Mini Ballerinas
Ages 4-6
These 30 minute classes will introduce children to the basics of ballet, from posture and musicality to balance and flexibility. Students will work both on and off the barre to develop a solid foundation in the art of ballet, while promoting physical fitness.

Ballet Workouts
Ages 6 and Up
Our ballet workouts for children combine the grace of ballet with full-body workout intensity. Students will work at the barre to improve flexibility, balance, and strengthen muscles through low-impact exercises and reinforcement of foundational ballet techniques. Suitable for all workout levels.

Adult Ballet
All Adults
Our ballet workouts for adults combine the grace of ballet with full-body workout intensity. Participants will work at the barre to strengthen and tone muscles through various low-impact exercises. Core stability, posture, and flexibility are all targets for improvement through our courses. Suitable for all workout levels.
